Where do you deliver?

We can deliver anywhere in mainland UK. We use Royal Mail 1st Class. Please allow for an additional 1-2 days for deliveries to Scotland. For more information please see our delivery page. Local Deliveries (SE6): Coming Soon. Subscribe to our mailing list to find out when this service is available.

What happens if I am out when the delivery is attempted?

If you are out when the delivery is attempted Royal Mail will attempt to deliver to your neighbour and leave a card. If your neighbour is also unavailable the package will be returned to a Customer Service Point and a card will be left. Further details on redelivery or collection will be available on the card.

How are my Bakes delivered?

We use Royal Mail 1st Class*. Please bear this in mind (no pun intended) if you are ordering for an occasion. *Although this is listed as a next day delivery service, it can take up to 5 days to arrive.

Allergy Information

All products have been produced in a kitchen that handles all named allergens, therefore we cannot guarantee it is allergen free. You can see a detailed ingredient list on each product page.

Are you able to deliver for a special occasion?

Absolutely! We would suggest you place the order at least a week before the special day. This gives us time to create the baked goods and arrange for delivery. It also gives a little bit of leeway should any issues arise with delivery.

How long will my bakes last?

Brownies will last approximately 1-2+ weeks if kept in an airtight container and stored in the fridge. Pralines will last approximately 3 weeks if kept in an airtight container and stored in the fridge.

How should I serve my brownies?

You can eat them right out of the box, however, if you'd like them even more gooey you can warm them up in the microwave for 15 seconds. Try them with vanilla ice cream - you won't regret it!

How much is postage?

Our postage and packaging is based on weight:
up to 1kg is £3.85
1kg - 2kg is £5.57
2kg+ is £12

How big are your brownies?

Please note our brownies are BIG. 2.5 x 2.5 x 1.5 inches and therefore sadly won't fit through a letterbox. If you love brownies you'll find them to be a perfect size, however, if they are too big you can always cut them in two - then you'll have twice as much or you can share them.

Can you deliver on a specific date?

Yes, when you are on the 'My Cart' page please enter the date you require the bakes to arrive by, in the 'Add a note' box. We will send the bakes 3 days before this date to ensure ample time for them to arrive. We would suggest you contact us or place the order with sufficent time prior to this date to ensure we have time to bake and dispatch them.

Ordering and Dispatch Information

  • Orders placed after 3 pm Sunday - Wednesday (3 pm) will be baked on that Wednesday afternoon/evening for dispatch the next day (Thursday).
  • Orders placed after 3 pm Wednesday - Sunday (3 pm) will be baked on that Sunday afternoon/evening for dispatch the next day (Monday).

Monthly Subscriptions!? Tell me more.....

We've introduced 3 and 6 month subscriptions, YAY! It's the perfect gift to send to a friend, loved one or to treat yourself. Boxes will contain a mixture of our classic collection and our limited edition brownies, so many treats to come. In the first box the recipient will receive a hand written Lost Bear bespoke card. Each follow up box will contain a gift tag to remind them that its their gift subscription.* *Monthly boxes will be sent out at roughly the same time every month and you will be billed each month. Contents of subscription boxes depends on products available at time of baking/dispatch. Please always refer to allergen information when ordering and be reminded that due to being produced in a kitchen that handles all named allergens, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products. In the event the kitchen is closed/there is an issue with dispatch we will contact you to rearrange dispatch.
