Delivery required on a specific date?

Please add the delivery date information in the 'Add Note' box located in 'My Cart' - prior to clicking on the checkout button.

  • Deliveries that require a specific date will be dispatched three days before the date, to ensure it arrives in good time.

Royal Mail update:  Due to the current coronavirus situation, some services may be disrupted and some deliveries delayed.

Out when delivery is attempted?

Due to the size of our bakes, they will not fit through a standard letterbox. If you are out when the delivery is attempted Royal Mail will attempt to deliver to your neighbour and leave a card. If your neighbour is also unavailable the package will be returned to a Customer Service Point and a card will be left.

Further details on redelivery or collection will be available on the card.
